I package unsweetened Orange Jello
1-16oz container small curd cottage cheese
1 can pineapple CHUNKS (drained)
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
1-16oz Lite Cool Whip
Directions:

Mix dry jello with the cottage cheese, add drained fruit and Cool Whip, blend well and refrigerate.
