1/2 c. butter softened
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Dash red hot pepper sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine butter, margarine, pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and flour. Gradually add cheese, stirring well.

Place cheese mixture in a hand-crank cookie press fitted wit the star plate. Press out long strips onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until firm. Cool completely on wire racks. Store at room temperature in airtight containers.
