4 turkey legs
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk of celery
1 onion sliced
1 bag of baby carrots (optional)
shake of salt
sprinkle of pepper
1 small pkg. of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Boil turkey legs in approximately 2 quarts of water.
Add all ingredients except noodles and simmer for about 2 hrs.
When turkey is tender remove and get rid of skin. Cut up turkey and put back in broth.
Add noodles and cook until noodles are tender.

If you use the turkey carcass which might have had stuffing in it, put the stuffing in the soup (makes it taste even better).
