Lasagna Noodles cooked
12 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, plus additional for sprinkling
1/2 pkg cooked Spinach drained and squeezed of excess water
1-2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning paste or Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Egg
Minced Garlic
Garlic Powder
Nature's Seasoning
Alfredo Sauce (pg 53)
Italian Grilled Chicken (pg 94)

Cook Lasaga noodles according to package directions. Mix cheeses, parsley, spinach and seasoning to taste. Add egg and mix well. Cut noodles in half as soon as cool enough to touch. Line spoonful of cheese mixture in center of noodle and roll together. Place seem side down in baking dish. Cover with alfredo sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Top with Sliced Italian Chicken and sprinkle with Mozzarella. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
