1 lb stew meat
1 lb stir fry pork
1 Diced Onion
2 Large Jars Salsa
1 Can Black Beans, drained
1/2 Cup Minute Rice (White or Brown)
2 Cans Diced Green Chiles
Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Oil (Canola or Olive)
3 Tbsp Chili Powder (approx, season to taste)
1 Tbsp Cumin (approx, season to taste)
Salt
Pepper
Nature's Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese
Optional: Crushed Red Pepper
Optional: Jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Onion in Oil, adding Garlic during last minute. When opaque, add meat. Season to taste. Brown on all sides. Add Jars of Salsa, Green Chiles, Beans, and Seasoning. Simmer for a minimum of 45 minutes (can simmer for hours). Add Minute Rice during last half hour of cooking (if it is too thick, add more salsa or Diced Tomatoes). Season to taste. Serve hot. Top with Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese and Jalapenos. Eat with Tortilla Chips.
