Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
3 Tbs. sugar
½ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ cup oil
water

Directions:
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Combine water and oil and slowly add to dry ingredients while mixing until a stiff dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes longer.

Tear off a piece the size of a golf ball. Roll it out with palms of hands on a lightly flowered board into a long strip ½ inch thick. Cut into thin slices.

Lightly spray skillet with cooking spray and add enough pieces to cover bottom of pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring once in a while, until all sides are brown. (These are sort of strange and taste like spicy, sweet oyster crackers. Strangely addictive!)
