1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
1/2 Cup Margarine
1 1/2 Cup Flour
2/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Eggs
2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Optional: 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

Preheat oven to 350. Grease sides and bottom of 9x13 pan. In large sauce pan over medium heat, melt the margarine and butterscotch stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool to luke warm. Add the next 6 ingredients to the butterscotch mixture, mix well. Fold the remaining ingredients into the butterscotch batter just until combined, about 5 strokes, spread in pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Note: Do not overbake, center will be jiggly, but will become firm upon cooling.
