6 med bell peppers
1 1/2 lb cooked lean ground beef
2 c cooked rice
1/2 ts. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c grated Romano cheese
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems, cut in half, and remove seeds from bell peppers. Wash and set
in refrigerator. In bowl, combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese and
mix well. Fill green peppers and place in a low baking dish. Put about 3/4
cup of water in pan to keep peppers from burning or sticking. Bake for 30
minutes at 350F. Top with cheese. Makes 6 servings
