1 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. nut meats, I like walnuts
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 c. whipping cream
12 graham crackers

Crush graham crackers and put a little over half of them in the bottom of an oblong
glass pan, reserving rest of crumbs to sprinkle on top of finished dessert. Cream
butter and powdered sugar together, add beaten egg yolks and 1/2 c. of chocolate
syrup, mixing well. Stir in miniature marshmallows and nut meats. Fold in stiffly
beaten egg whites. Spread mixture over graham crackers. Whip cream until thick.
Spread over chocolate mixture. Drizzle other 1/2 c. of chocolate syrup over above
mixture. Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
