4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
3 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Milk
2 Egg
Hot Sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
Vegetable/Canola Oil
Chicken Seasoning
Paprika or Cayenne (depending on heat)
Kaiser Roll
Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing
Red Onion
Nature's Seasoning
Garlic Powder

Clean Chicken and set aside. Set up 5 shallow prepping bowls. Whisk eggs in one bowl. Add flour and seasoning in two other bowls. Add milk and some hot sauce in another bowl. Dredge chicken in eggs, flour, milk, and flour.

Fry in oil 350-365 degrees until golden brown on all sides and juices run clear. Immediately season with Chicken seasoning and Paprika/Cayenne as it comes out of fryer.

Place chicken in 5th bowl and cover completely with Hot Sauce. Take out of bowl and let excess sauce drip. Serve on Kaiser Roll with Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing, Red Onion, Lettuce and Tomato.
