2 Pie Crust -- (2 crust pie)
2 tablespoons EqualR MeasureT -- or 20 pkts EqualR
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 dash Salt
6 cups Granny Smith Apples -- pared&thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a mixing bowl combine EqualR MeasureT,
flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Add dry mixture to apples; toss gently
to coat fruit. Fill a pastry-line 9-inch pie plate with apple mixture; dot
with margarine. Cover with top crust that has slits cut in it; seal and
flute edge. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees F; reduce heat to 350 degrees F
and bake an additional 30 minutes.
