1 12 ounce light Beer
3 1/2 Cups self-rising Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until mixture is moist (batter will be lumpy). Pour batter into greased 9x5-inch pan and top with melted butter. Bake 1 hour until top is golden brown.
