Seven Layer Bean Dip Recipe

1 10-1/2 ounce can jalapeno bean dip
2 Avocados, ripe
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Package taco seasoning
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons sour cream (may add more)
2 Ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Bunch green onions, chopped
1 Cup black olives, chopped

In shallow serving dish, spread bean dip. In a small bowl smash avocados and lemon juice, spread on top of bean dip. Combine taco seasoning, mayonnaise and sour cream, blend well, and spread on avocado mixture. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of taco seasoning mixture. Arrange tomatoes on top of cheese evenly with onions. Sprinkle olives over entire dish. Chill until serving.
