1/2 Cup Shortening
2 lbs stew meat or round steak
1 Sliced Onion
1 Small Garlic clove minced
3/4 Cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Paprika
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Flour mixed with 1/4 Cup of Water
Cooked Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Shortening in large skillet. Add Beef, Onion, Garlic and cook until brown and tender. Stir in remaining ingredients (except for flour mixture). Simmer for 2-21/2 hours. Add Flour mixture and stir constantly. Serve over three cups of cooked noodles.
