3 cups king arthur all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp sugar or 3 Tbsp diastatic malt
powder
1/4 cup non-instant non-fat dry milk
2 tsp yeast
1-1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup water*
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients and mix to combine. Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes, then knead with electric mixer until the dough is smooth and supple. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours (or overnight in the refrigerator), or till noticeably puffy.

Transfer to clean surface and shape into a loaf. place the loaf in a greased loaf pan and let rise 1 hour or until 1 to 2 inches over top of pan.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 190 degrees.
