2 Bags seasoned croutons
1 Medium onion, chopped
1/2 Pound chicken livers, diced
3/4 Pound chicken giblets, diced
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
Water to moisten

Directions:
Spray crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray. Put in all ingredients and mix together. Put in enough water to moisten all the croutons. Cook for approximately 4 – 5 hours on high, stirring about every 45 minutes.
