4 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Water
1/3 Cup Instant Coffee
3 Tablespoons “pure” Vanilla
1 5th of Blue Vodka
Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, water, and coffee to a roaring boil; stirring constantly. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add vodka. Add vanilla. Pour into bottles and cap for at least 48 hours.
