2 Sticks Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese
6 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Pt Half and Half Cream
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Nature's Seasoning
Optional: Drippings from Italian grilled chicken from grill pan (pg 94)
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk cream cheese and garlic powder over low heat until smooth. Slowly whisk in Cream until blended and smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and seasoning. Add seasoning to taste. Add drippings from chicken pan, if desired. Let sit to thicken. If it becomes too thick, add more cream or milk
