4-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter
25 large marshmallows or
one bag of miniatures
12 oz bag semi-sweet chips
12 oz bag milk chocolate chips
2 oz (2 squares) Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Grease a 18x15x1 cookie sheet
Mix: sugar, vanilla, butter and milk in a large pan sprayed with Pam.
Bring to a boil
Boil for 2 minutes

Turn heat off-add marshmallows and stir until melted

Then add all the chocolate and stir until melted. Add nuts. Stir
Pour into greased cookie sheet. Cool before cutting
