3 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
1 lb. lasagna noodles
3 jars plain spaghetti sauce
Three -8 oz. cream cheese
2 blocks mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Brown and drain meat. Season as you want (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic or onion powder, etc.) Add cream cheeses to warm meat and mix thoroughly. Boil noodles according to package directions.

Cover bottom of a square pan with sauce, about 1 cup. Then layer alternating noodles and meat mixture until gone. Top with cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Let set for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Makes 4-6 servings.
