2 large 4oz pistachio instant pudding
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
1 16 oz can mandarin oranges
1 36 oz light cool whip topping
1 12 oz marshmallows
optional: 1/4 cup of chopped nuts
optional: halved grapes
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl , add pistachio pudding powder only, do not put in milk. Add pineapple with juice and mix well. Then add mandarin oranges, drain juice, add light cool whip, and then gently mix in marshmallows.

Makes: 24-26 servings
