Cake:
1 Cup Flour
½ Cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Butter
1-1/2 cups red, ripe strawberries, sliced

Topping:
½ Cup Flour
½ Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
¼ cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Add milk, egg and butter. Beat wet ingredients for 2 min. Turn into a greased 8 x 8 x 2” pan. Top with berries. Mix crumble topping until desired texture. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for at 375 for 35 minutes.
