Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Crust:
1 1/4 Cup Flour
2 tsp Sugar
1 stick cold Margarine
Layers:
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
Small box instant vanilla pudding
8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix crust ingredients using pastry cutter. Press into a pie plate or 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
1st Layer: Mix Powdered Sugar and Peanut Butter with fork. Put on top of baked crust (you can save a little to put on top of cool whip).
2nd Layer: Make pudding according to package. Spread over peanut butter filling.
3rd Layer: Top with cool whip. Can top with small amount of peanut butter mixture.
