1 1/2 c Oil
4 Eggs
3 c Sugar
3 c Zucchini
1 c Walnuts
3 c Flour
2 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given. Bake at 300º for 50 - 70 minutes. Turn off oven when cake is done and leave oven door closed 10 minutes.

Frosting
4 oz Cream Cheese
2 c Powdered Sugar
1 t Vanilla

Mix ingredients and frost on warm cake
