1 Cup Butter or Margarine
2 Cups Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
3 Cups Quick Rolled Oats
12 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
1 Can Eagle brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine (additional)
1/2 tsp Sal (additional)
2 tsp Vanilla (additional)
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Batter: Cream together butter and brown sugar. Add 2 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla. Set Aside. Mix Flour, Soda, and Salt. Add Flour mixture to creamed mixture. Then, add rolled oats to mixture.

Filling: Melt chocolate, milk, butter, and salt in double boiler (or pan on low heat) until creamy. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread 2/3 batter on greased cookie sheet. Spread chocolate filling. Dot with remainder batter and then swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until light brown.
