1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup powdered sugar
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup cool whip
2 small packages pudding mix
3 1/2 cups milk
8 ounces cool whip
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, butter, and walnuts. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool. For the second layer mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 cup of cool whip. Place on top of 1st layer. For the third layer, mix pudding mix with milk. Place on top of second layer. Spread 8 ounces of cool whip over pudding mix. Sprinkle with coconut.
