"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg orange Jell-o
1 can Thank you vanilla pudding
1 8 oz tub Cool Whip
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Make Jell-o according to package instructions; the Quick set instructions work best for this. When Jell-o begins to thicken and get syrupy, mix in the pudding and Cool Whip with a mixer or whisk. Fold Mandarin oranges in to the Jell-o/pudding mixture, reserving a few to decorate the top if desired. Chill for a few hours or overnight.

Note: The recipe doubles well and can also be used with other fruits and Jell-o flavors.

Personal Note: This is a favorite of all the grandkids that my mom made for every holiday. She liked to change it up so the colors coordinated with the holiday. I am sure it had a different name at one time or another but my kids dubbed it Grandma's Fluff and so it is called by everyone now.
