1 lb. crab meat 1 egg, beaten
Worcestershire sauce,dash Dry mustard, a little
Parsley Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp. mayonnaise Baking powder
Horseradish, 1 tsp.

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly mix all together, using about 1 tsp. baking powder and a tsp. or so of Old Bay. Form patties and refrigerate - they seem to hold together better when cold. When ready to cook, saute in oil until browned and gently turn over to brown the other side. Yummy!
