1/4 cup Butter
2Tbsp Flour
Milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 can of tuna fish

Make white sauce:
Melt butter in sauce pan add flour, stirring to make a paste.
Add milk a little at a time stirring until thickened to desired consistency. Add salt & pepper to taste. When creamy and smooth stir in the drained and rinsed tuna fish. Serve over buttered toast.
