6-8 oz tenderloin of beef
1 can of anchovies or tube of anchovy paste
3 oz terriake or lite soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tabs soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from beef. Make a large pocket in the beef tenderloin with filet knife. Fill the pocket with anchovy
filets or anchovy paste. Place the beef on a plate or
broiling pan and pour sauce over. Let marinate for
20 minutes and turn over for another 20 at room temperature. Sprinkle with garlic powder and spread
soft butter over surface of meat. Broil at 475* about
4 inches from heat 8 minutes for medium rare .
Serve with potato and vegetable of your choice.
