1 lb. Sirloin Tip Roast Beef Tips
1 pkg. Smoked Sausage (sliced into small pieces)
4 quartered tomatoes
2 cans of whole potatoes
1 onion (chopped)
1 bell pepper (cut into 1-2" pieces)
2 McCormick Meat Marinades (found in spice
section at grocery store)
1 large bottle of Heinz 57
1 cup of Worcestershire

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Drain and cut potatoes in half then place in glass casserole dish. Add all the other ingredients and make sure the Meat Marinade mix is dissolved. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Enjoy!
