Ingredients:  
1 loaf French bread Olive oil
1-2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed Garlic
Onion Nutmeg
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped garlic and finely chopped onion until soft. Add thawed spinach and saute until heated through. Add a dash of nutmeg, salt, and pepper, if desired.
Slice bread in half lengthwise and coat inside of each with olive oil. Spread spinach mixture on one side and cover with Parmesan cheese. Put top on bread, wrap in foil, and bake at 350 until heated through. Slice and serve.
