Fry bacon on medium - med/high heat. When you flip the bacon, take a spoon of maple syrup and paint it on the cooked side. Finishing frying the other side and your done. You can quickly blot the grease if you want but don't leave the bacon on paper towel because it will stick to the bacon and you will be very sad.

You can do it in the oven on a cooking sheet for more, but needless to say, frying is always ideal.
