8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter Crisco
2 sticks of butter
3 c. of sugar
3 c. of flour
6 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Combine cream cheese, Crisco, and sticks of butter in mixing bowl. Add 3 c. sugar and beat until creamy. Add extract. Then alternate 1 egg then 1/2 c. of flour on low speed ending with flour. Bake for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.

Optional Icing - powdered sugar and milk. Mix to desired consistency and pour over cake once cake has cooled.
