3 to 4 cinnamon sticks 1½ qts. water
3 to 4 bay leaves

To make your house smell like Christmas, mix ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil on the stove top. Simmer for 30 minutes on low. May be re-heated and used again and again; add more water as needed.
