1 - 2 heads broccoli
1 small head cauliflower
1/2 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
6 - 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 c sugar
2 T red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into very small florettes. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar until smooth.
Just before serving, combine. DO NOT MAKE AHEAD! Serve immediately.
