4 eggs
1 tsp. oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk

Topping
9 oz. creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
or 1 1/2 cups chocolate coating wafers
3 Tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, 1 tsp. oil and sugar until creamy. Add flour, baking powder, and salt alternately with milk.
Pour on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 18 minutes or until light brown on top.

Cool
Microwave (melt) peanut butter and butter. Pour over cake. Cool in refrigerator until peanut butter is hard. Melt chocolate and 3 Tbsp. of oil. Spread on cake.
Chocolate coating wafers don't need oil.
