1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. cinnamon
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
Rum or Brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar and spices with electric mixer. With spoon blend in softened ice cream. Put into 4 cup freezer container. Seal and freeze.
To serve:
Spoon 2-4 T. of mixture into a mug, add a shot of rum or brandy and fill with boiling water. Stir well. This can also be served without the rum.
Adjust rum, water or ice cream mixture as needed for your taste.
