1 1/2-cup mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs, beaten
1/2-cup brown sugar
1/4-tsp. cinnamon
Dash Salt
1/4-cup milk
2-T. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2-tsp. vanilla
1/4-tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 min.
