6 medium potatoes
4 regular or butterfly pork chops
salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can skim milk (use mushroom soup can to measure skim milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Peel and slice potatoes crosswise, and place in bottom of shallow, rectangular glass dish.
Place pork chops on top of potatoes in single layer.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix soup and skim milk.
Pour over pork chops and potatoes.
Cover dish with foil and bake in 350 deg. oven for 1 hour.
