4 lb. small tender okra
10 pods hot peppers
10 cloves of garlic
3/4-cup pickling salt
8-cups cider vinegar
1-cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash okra and cut off tops leaving short stems. Pack into 10 sterilized pint jars. Place 1 pod hot pepper and 1 clove of garlic in each jar. Combine salt, vinegar, and water in saucepan and heat to boiling point. Pour over okra and seal. Water bath for 5 min. Till you here a pop for seal. Tastes better if you let it season for about 3 weeks after removing from water bath.
