1 lb. Camelia Red Beans
1 pound smoked sausage sliced thin
1 pound ham (or pickled pork) cut in 1” X 1” cubes
1 medium yellow onion chopped fine
6 cloves garlic chopped fine
2 bay leaves
2 stalks of celery chopped fine
1 bunch green onions chopped fine
1 green bell pepper chopped fine
10 dashes of Tabasco
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
8 Cups of Water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for at least 12 hours. The beans should be soft and easy to smash. Remove the two bay leaves. Smash about ½ of the beans to thicken the juice. Server over white rice with French bread and butter.
