3 c. cooked shrimp seasoned with Old Bay
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. light cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. cooking sherry
2 c. cooked rice
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Combine finely chopped onion and green pepper with 2 T. of butter and saute until soft. Combine all ingredients into a casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until hot.
