1 whole hen
Water seasoned with:
Salt and pepper
Minced garlic
Celery, chopped
Onion, chopped

1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 cups rice
4 1/2 cups reserved broth from chicken
1 can tomato sauce
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Red Pepper
Kielbasas sausage

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, cook hen in seasoned water (salt, pepper, garlic, celery and onion).

Saute 1 bell pepper and l onion in oil in deep, heavy pan. Stir in rice and saute. Add broth and tomato sauce. Add Spices: garlic powder, chili powder and red pepper.

Add chopped Kielbasa or any kind of kosher Polish sausage and meat from deboned chicken.

Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
