1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups quick oats

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, honey, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats.

Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º for 6-9 minutes. Cool for 1 minute. Then ice with sugar glaze.

Glaze- Mix about 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. milk until smooth.
