Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks of margarine
1 small can of evaporated milk (5 oz or 2/3 cup)
1 pkg (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
chopped pecans if you wish (about a cup)

Directions:
Directions:
First prepare a couple of platters to pour your fudge onto. Prepare them by rubbing them with some margarine(not included in the list of ingredients). In a big glass mixing bowl or similar, melt the butter on a low setting in your microwave, or even on high if you do it for just a few seconds. Stir it together with the sugar and ev. milk. Next you are going to microwave this mixture on high for nine minutes, but you need to do it in 3 minute increments. 3 then stir, 3 then stir, 3 more at last and then remove it to the countertop where you have the other ingredients all opened and ready to add. Add the chips and marshmallow cream and vanilla. If you want it to really be creamy, you can use your mixmaster at this point for a short time, but you don't have to. Add the nuts last, stirring well, and then pour it onto your two big platters. Let it set. I usually let it set overnight and then slice it up with a buttered knife.
