2 lb corned beef brisket
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 bay leaf
1 head cabbage, in wedges
1 lb carrots, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cover brisket with water. Either simmer it all day in a slow cooker, or you can simmer it in a Dutch Oven over low heat 2 hours. Remove the leaf.
