2 bunches collards, wash, chopped into strips
2 T. sugar
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
bacon


Directions:
Directions:
Cut 4 slices of bacon into 1" squares slightly fry. Add onions, bell pepper, & sugar, collards. Add enough water so it will be about 3/4 as much as greens. Cook until tender. Stir occasionally.
