1 log soft chevre cheese - (goat cheese)
2 T. rosemary - fresh, chopped leaves
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup dried cherries (or cranberries)
milk - if necessary to make spreadable
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper - fresh ground

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheese, rosemary, vinegar and dried cherries together until smooth. If necessary add a few drops of milk and blend again, repeating until you get the desired consistency for a spread. Stir in salt and pepper, mixing until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Serve at room temperature with crackers or bread.
