1 c uncooked elbow macaroni noodles
1 c soft bread crumbs (I process fresh bread in the food processor for these)
1 t onion salt
2 c whole milk
4 eggs
1 jay of Old English sharp processed cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the noodles for 5 minutes until al dente.
Layer noodles, bread crumbs, cheese in ceramic baking pan
In a separate bowl, combine onion salt, milk and eggs and pour over noodles. Dot with butter.

Sit the baking dish in a larger pan of water on center rack of a preheated 375º oven. Bake for 45 minutes.

Though we are using processed cheese, this mac and cheese will be soft and creamy with a little bit of a souffle texture. Really excellent.
